Do you charge a travel fee?
RESRV is a full-service travel curation company, so most bookings are handled without an upfront fee. In select cases where additional coordination is required or the overall booking spend is under our service minimum, a coordination fee may apply.
When would a travel fee apply?
It typically applies when a trip requires more detailed coordination or falls outside of our standard booking scope. In those cases, we will always communicate any upfront fees before moving forward.
How much is the travel fee?
Curation fees start at $100 and vary depending on the scope of your itinerary and the level of coordination required. Any applicable fees will be clearly outlined in your travel proposal.
For air-only bookings, a service fee of $50 per ticket for domestic flights and $75 per ticket for international flights applies.
